Responsibilities:
- Drive creation of UX for a variety of products
- Work in an Agile environment
- Co-lead team along with Agile Engineering lead
- Interact directly with client product owner
- Conduct research and analyze areas for improvement
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- BS/BA in IT related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience leading design teams
- Proficient with wireframing tools
- Qualitative and quantitative research skills and experience
- Portfolio of design
- Excellent team skills
