Responsibilities:
- Design exceptional products from start to finish
- Communicate with others to create alignment and move forward with implementation
- Pitch product ideas and present results to leadership team
- Collaborative workflows that allow our customers to improve their business through customer feedback
- Review data and present deeply complex information in a simple and approachable way
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product/UX design experience
- 2+ years of experience conducting user research and testing
- 2+ years of experience with agile and scrum methodologies
- Experience in creating low- and high-fidelity designs
- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and APIs.
