Responsibilities:
- Handle routine maintenance and troubleshoot unexpected issues
- Manage the engineering team
- Conduct research on new technology and write corresponding technical documents
- Follow company standards and create working management policies
- Propose optimized design for IT infrastructure
- Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions with team
Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role
- 5+ years of experience with Linux infrastructure
- 3+ years of experience maintaining AWS cloud-based infrastructure
- Strong strategic and communication skills
- Able to work periodically outside of business hours
