Our client is looking for a worthy professional to step up and fill their open position of HelpDesk Analyst. You’ll be assisting the company and customers as you troubleshoot an array of software problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer, install, and troubleshoot a variety of systems and applications
  • Configure software and resolve technical problems
  • Answer calls, IMs, and tickets from customers to resolve issues with user software and hardware
  • Work with customers and clients both in person and remotely
  • Brainstorm new ideas on how technology can be used to solve problems
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of helpdesk/support experience
  • Associate’s degree in a related discipline
  • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting existing laptop hardware
  • Basic understanding of networking principles
  • Ability to demonstrate organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both individually and as a team
