Responsibilities:
- Develop/maintain drivers, software, and GStreamer plugins used in PetaLinux/Yocto operating system used on the Osprey encoders/decoders
- Maintain and enhance existing board testing and verification software
- Develop cross-platform A/V test tools for in-house and 3rd party vendors
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in C++ development
- Strong analytical problem solving and production diagnostic skills
- Willingness to help in all phases of software development cycle
- Willingness to learn both about new technologies and in general
Desired Skills
- 1-3 years of Linux scripting experience
- OOP/OOA knowledge
- Knowledge of streaming media protocols
- Knowledge of SDI, and HDMI video standards, among others
